Delete your Stubby account

Stubby, the home maintenance app

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Stubby and sign in.
2. Tap the Tools tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

If you can't sign in or no longer have the app, email privacy@stubbyapp.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in
• Your profile (name, phone number and email preferences)
• Your properties and appliances
• Your tasks, completion history, notes and costs
• Your shopping lists
• Your Ask Stubby question history
• Any photos you uploaded

Copies in our database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days. We don't keep any of your data after that.
